Only worked for me once I downloaded the woot app. From there, I clicked Amazon pay and it showed a $9.00 Prime discount, bringing it to $38.28 after tax.

I initially tried just using the website and Amazon pay, but it didn't apply the $9 discount.

Honestly a better game than Mario Kart World, especially if you have the NSO Expansion Pack to get the extra content. MKW was a genuine letdown.
