The RMx series are top quality PSUs, built on a custom platform by CWT exclusively for Corsair. This platform is not shared with other CWT brand customers. They come with fan failure protection, which is rare even among A tier rated PSUs in the price bracket where the RMx competes. Aris, owner of Cybernetics & Hardware Busters, provides more details on how important fan failure protection is for a PSU. You can also read his review summary for the RM850x here. - https://hwbusters.com/psus/corsai...review/11/
If you value the Intel B580 at $250, then the Corsair RM850x is $70, making the total $320. At $70, the Corsair RM850x is a great deal; it typically goes on sale for $120, and while it's temporarily available for $100 right now, seeing it at that price is rare. This price is excellent for such a high quality PSU, and Corsair is known to have a smooth warranty claim process. You can't really say the same for most other PSUs that offer a 10 year warranty.

I just bought a B580 for $250 at BB. I don't need a ps either. Just trying to determine resale value of the extras to see if I should order a bundle.

It's been a great GPU for me.

In a passed Intel Bundle deal I got the new Star Wars game that can only be played from Ubisoft's launcher. 👎 I was had read that it was a Steam Key... Still haven't played it. 🤷 ♂️

It certainly was the best deal for $250 when I bought it almost a year ago.
I am not 'recommending' the 9060 XT 8GB version, only using it as a frame of reference as it's available for $275 at newegg, bestbuy, etc., rendering the Arc B580 even with the power supply not a great value. This is even without factoring in driver maturity and development, which is a real issue. Just basing on raw performance and relative price.
If you intend to game only at 1080p, the B580 is at least 'competitive', in a relative sense (-$50 for a performance drop). One you get into modern titles at 1440p ultra, the 12GB of memory isn't going to save the 580 from its GPU performance limitations on more challenging titles and settings if you're aiming for a solid 60fps or more.
IMO. Take it for what its worth.
Otherwise, you can get the Intel B580 with the free pack-in game for $235 (possibly cheaper tomorrow on Cyber Monday). And/or a MSI MPG A850GS PSU for $89.99 with a $10 NewEgg rebate card and $10 Steam credit. Probably the better deal if you're willing to deal with NewEgg rebates and will use or flip the game/Steam credit.
