point me to a time machine that can bring me back to 2 years ago. Otherwise this is a great deal.
I agree with the meh deal if you compare it to 2 years ago … but it's not 2 years and it's kind of take it or leave it. Airbnb gift cards are rarely on sale. I stock up on these and by the time I actually take a vacation, half of it is already paid for.

Airbnb is never a good deal compared to a proper hotel. I feel like I should charge you a cleaning fee for that comment.
An Airbnb cleaning fee of $0 or $500 is irrelevant to final price. Airbnb removed cleaning fees because it's built into the price now. Guess what? Hotels have always had a cleaning fee also, that was also built into the price.

No one is making anyone stay at an Airbnb, but there's no blanket statement you can apply that all hotels are superior to Airbnbs (and vice versa) … it all depends on your needs, the experience you want, the area, and final price. I just stayed at an Airbnb with 20 family members, everyone having their own bed. Show me the hotel that can accommodate that many under 1 roof with kitchen.

Pretty much every hotel could accommodate 20 people. The question you should be asking is were the sheets washed? Did the owner spy on your kids with hidden cameras? You should know there are hotels that have kitchens and even food cooked right at the establishment. Airbnb is just stupid. Show me your bill, what did you pay for 20 people.

Says the genius who bases his opinion on cleaning fees instead of final price. Genius, it's 20 people under 1 roof. You watched one YouTube video about hidden cameras and now act like it applies to every Airbnb. Genius, plenty of videos showing hotels having hidden cameras. Good luck finding a hotel that sleeps 20 under one roof, with a kitchen, private pool, garage, no shared walls, on the water… basically anywhere in the U.S. I'm going to Vegas in January with 13 people staying in hotels - 95% of them won't fit more than 4–6 in a room. But sure, keep acting like hotels are automatically superior.

No need to threadcrap. Feel free to avoid Airbnbs ... just don't pretend the rest of the world fits in your tiny hotel mindset.

i could be wrong but i tink during just b4 final check out you can still see price breakdown per day, and there you can see the cleaning fees, your taxes, and your airbnb administrative fee.

to say hotels are the only way, is like saying taxis are the only way, forget about uber /lyft etc. all are options, and airbnbs allow you if you wish... to stay at a area away from a typical hotel district, depending on the city... the option is yours.

what (some not all) hotels can potentially offer which abb clearly hasn't, are membership/loyaltiy programs.

I did 9, received all of them. Chase Freedom card also has a 5% cashback if you use PayPal as your payment method. $1,500 max for the 5% this quarter on PayPal. If you use Target Circle card, the 5% is based on $225 ($250 - $25 Target giftcard), so that's why their 5% is $11.25 instead of $12.50.

Hello, is the Target eGift card automatic? I clicked the link and it took me to a generic AirBnB gift card page. Do I have to manually add the Target card?
I guess I need a step by step for this. 😅 Thank you!
