Mine sound okay, work after a year, and good for $10, but it's a pain to pair sometimes. Probably still worth the price but I'm not sure what else is out there for the same cost and it may be better to move up to $20 for Anker p20i.

I don't think a life P20I have app support though so if you're going to go up to 20 bucks to get the life P20I I would just go $4 higher and get the life p30i which has full app support I'm pretty sure. Unless this changed maybe they refreshed the P20I and they added app support over time.

Honestly true wireless earbuds have three points of failure and a ton of miniaturization I don't think this is unique to JLab. It's just a pretty delicate product in general which is why I do think sound cores 18 months of warranty is nice. These things just have a high error rate even when you get them from Sony or Apple or whatever there's like a reasonable chance one of them will be broken out of the box.

I do have JLab epic Air sport from 2020 and they still work although the app has been deprecated and doesn't work on newer versions of Android because they upgraded the app. I can go to an older version of Android and adjust the control.

They still have amazing battery life though 75 hours with the case 15 per charge. The touch controls have become less reliable over time now

I mean there's not a single pair of true wireless earbuds that you can't find if you anecdotal negative reviews. An Amazon is so prone to fake ones. Again I'm not vouching for this product but I do have two j lab products from 2020 that still work to this day that JLab epic Air sport ANC and the regular j lab epic air.

I've had a pair for a year. I don't use them a lot but they work for me. I mainly use one earbud at a time for calls. The battery lasts a long time. I have to readjust them frequently if I'm smiling a lot.

Was that the "Pop" or "Pop+" version? This is the "Pop+" version. I'm seeing just the "Pop" version at $9.88 at Walmart, the Pop+ currently at $17.49.

I just got the Walmart deal last night, same form factor. For $10 it replaces using cheap wired ear buds at work.
However, my fingers aren't all that fat but I'm having tons of trouble picking these out of the case before online meetings/calls. For home I have an old JBL set, and the buds sit far enough above the case that I can pop them out with one hand. With the jlabs, I have trouble getting them out, even using both hands. Not enough space, and I'm fighting some pretty strong magnets trying to hold them in the case.
Anyone have any suggestions? Maybe I'll dip the ends in flexseal or something rubbery, just for grip...
