This time, the link for the 30% sale used the node 213837807011. It was easy enough to work backward. 10% was 3011, 15% was 4011, 20% was 5011, and 25% was theoretically 6011 (though it was never activated). All of those nodes have been deactivated.
phoinix noticed that discounts were showing up on node 6011 and assumed it had been activated. However, that's not what's actually happening. Instead, there are five new nodes, each with its own items. The new nodes also contain items not found in node 6011. It's a coincidence that all the items in node 6011 are also in the new nodes.
The problem is that we don't have access to those nodes. The current link on the Amazon Resale page is wrong. It contains a bad keyword and the currently inactive node from earlier (7011). I believe you could retrieve all of the nodes for an item with an appropriate API call, but I don't have that access, and I don't know anyone who does. Because of how Amazon handles things, you can view the promotion but not the items. It also doesn't expose the nodes associated with the promotion or the item.
In short, we're stuck. We know that over 1,000 items have a 30% discount and can be listed and searched, but we lack the required node value to do this.

10%: 213837803011
15%: 213837804011
20%: 213837805011
25%: 213837806011 (never activated)
30%: 213837807011
There is some overlap with the current sales, but 6011 is actually incorrect (and was never active in the first place).

Here is an example of a 30% off item that is not included: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CFLSH...7EE7U
