Sometimes the best price goes up $10 from YOY so we'll have to see. Last year it seems like mid-January was the best price, but most years it's around BF or December.

Is deluxe any different than Premier in how it handles ESPP, RSU sales? Thats the main reason I buy Premier

I bought Premier last year. It was the end of January before it had enough functionality to even estimate my taxes. Yes, much of the delay is not their fault, but they should be up front about the product not being usable for months. There's little point in buying a useless product now when there will likely better deals to come.
