What's the benefit of this nozzle? Faster nozzle changes when switching between sizes? I have a P1S and the stock nozzle seems to handle everything I throw at it, granted I've never used abrasive filaments.

I have a P1S as well. I have not used this Revo yet so can't give 1st hand experience. It was on my wish list but was waiting for my nozzle to start to go prior to purchasing. One of the benefits is as you mentioned, the quick change nozzles. This supposedly will allow for faster print speeds as well with a higher flow rate, but the primary reason I bough it was because as I've gotten more comfortable printing I want to mess around with some of the nozzle offerings for this Revo.

Also, as you mentioned, with your stock hotend you really can't print anything considered abrasive, or it will chew right through it. I replaced my original with a Bambu hardened steel nozzle and now this Revo will be my next one.

First thing I printed on my stock p1s was half a kilo of glow in the dark. Worked perfect.

Wasn't the 1st thing I printed, but I also printed glow in the dark on my stock nozzle. It will print fine but it will wear out the nozzle much quicker.

Bambu themselves say to only print with a hardened nozzle: https://us.store.bambulab.com/pro...TgVLC6y-Gu

It isn't that the printer won't print it - it's that the glow-in-the-dark filament is loaded with abrasives. Your stock .4mm nozzle is now not .4mm. Sure it may work, but the abrasives have worn through the metal and the flow rates are now different.

How terrible is it to replace the nozzle?

It's probably my biggest gripe with my P1S. Terrible is subjective, but it is a multi step process involving removing 4 screws, 2 ribbon connectors, swapping the thermistor and heater, and applying thermal paste which is a lot more involved then my other printers. A lot of people buy multiple complete hot ends and swap those out, which would make it just 2 bolts and 2 connections but that's costing you 36 bucks instead of the 16 for just a nozzle.
