Ehh, to people who may be interested in this game, this is just one guys opinion. There's a reason it's gotten amazing reviews and feedback from the community. Overall people love it. I've played since the original BF 1942. Every single one. This is the best one since 4. It's a blast, maps are a lot of fun if you aren't a tank or chopper pilot. You can actually get around between cover and dont have to run across giant empty fields getting mowed down. It runs amazing for how good it looks. The people complaining about the game and calling it a COD clone, are more purist snobs that are mad because there are some skins in the game with some blue on them or whatever. It's too unrealistic for them so they rage all over reddit. That or they get salty when someone is running around and outguns them. To them, Battlefield should be squads slowly moving around with closed class restricted weapons.

There's a free weekend going on right now. If someone is interested, give it a try, but this is one of the best Battlefields ever, up there with 3 and 4.

I've owned nearly every battlefield game and have yet to play a campaign. I did start the one in Hardline, but only played for about an hour. I'm just not into fps campaigns. The set pieces are amazing. Should make them into a movie...id definitely watch.

I bought this full price a week after release after seeing all the positive reviews on it, except for the crappy campaign mode. I haven't touched the campaign at all but I have been playing it online almost every day since I got it. It really is amazing and a lot of fun! I haven't played any online FPS for years now, and other than playing the COD campaigns when they release FPS have been out for me, but this games online really is great and got me back into multiplayer again. I can't say enough about how good it is.
