ok this is weird... official website states 14.4" x 10.6" x 22" and 47L... but one review on amazon uploaded this picture which shows different dimensions and size

I think the 23.6 measurement is to the top of the handle, which is a cloth handle, and you could easily push it down. I wouldn't worry about any of the major airlines making you check it.

You really have to look at the airline you are flying with. For example, Delta has 22" × 14" × 9" as their limit.
