I also have DashPass through Chase. Discounted DashPass memberships never seem to get the DashPass deals. When I tried to get the HBO Max benefit it would route me to 'upgrade to DashPass'.

Yes, you can still get the benefits, you can add other coupons which would come off or come first, you can use the $10 Chase and more.
