Uber is having a $25 off at BestBuy offer today. AirPods Pro 3 are currently on sale for $219.99 there.
Costco currently has two $50 Uber gift cards on sale for $79.99, so $200 worth of gift cards are $159.98.
Stack all of those together and it comes out to $154.99 + taxes and local uber fees. Those came out to an additional $25.30 for me but they will vary by local tax rate and local uber laws/fees.

Apple AirPods Pro 3 can be had at a steep discount through Uber Eats when the Best Buy promo and Costco Uber gift cards line up, with some orders landing around $154 to $180 out the door after tax, fees, and tip. The strongest upside is the stacked savings, especially when Uber One, scheduled delivery discounts, or extra card credits apply. The main catch is that promo availability and stock are inconsistent, and some checkout attempts fail or get canceled after the gift cards are loaded. A good value if the app shows the offer and the store is actually accepting orders.
people who already have Uber One (or can share Uber One benefits) because the comments say Uber One cancels most delivery/service fees and the discount shows up automatically at checkout, making the out-the-door total much lower (e.g., "no fees or delivery charge" / "$177 out the door").
Costco members who can stack Costco Uber gift cards with the Uber $25-off promo because commenters describe using Costco $75/100 gift cards plus the $25 promo and seeing it apply automatically at checkout (and even paying just under $190 after tip/fees/tax).
buyers who are okay checking multiple nearby Best Buy listings in the Uber app because commenters report store availability and in-stock status can vary by location, and they had to search through a couple of nearby stores to find AirPods Pro 3 in stock.
people who need guaranteed fast delivery of digital gift cards because commenters warn Costco eGift card delivery can be delayed (including "no ETA" from Costco support and cases where it took hours or longer), which can break the timing of the promo.
buyers who can't risk promo/checkout failures because multiple commenters report the order can fail with "promocode not applicable" or promo validity errors, leaving Uber cash stuck in an authorization state (sometimes until after the sale), and they advise avoiding the deal if you don't have use for the Uber cash.
people who don't have Uber One and plan to tip heavily because one commenter suggests tipping (like 10%) could negate the $25 promo, and others note the deal can end up with little/no added value once tip and delivery fees are included.
