Uber is having a $25 off at BestBuy offer today. AirPods Pro 3 are currently on sale for $219.99 there.
Costco currently has two $50 Uber gift cards on sale for $79.99, so $200 worth of gift cards are $159.98.
Stack all of those together and it comes out to $154.99 + taxes and local uber fees. Those came out to an additional $25.30 for me but they will vary by local tax rate and local uber laws/fees.

that said, I paid $198.31 out of pocket - delivery pending.
1. Costco purchase of cards (4 $50 cards for a total of $ 159.98) was no problem. Delivery took about 2 hours. But i was not in a hurry, so i was fine with it.
2. Things were somewhat unfortunate once I jumped on Uber. I paid an additional $38.33 out of pocket here.
NOTE: I got the same experience whether i was on Uber or Uber Eats. I didn't check out on both apps of course, but i went through the purchase worflow in both apps up to the point of finalizing sale, and all the numbers matched.
3. I had an Uber One membership so the delivery fee was discounted completely. NOTE: I live less than 4 miles from a Best Buy).
4. I got a $2 discount for delaying delivery a day. I was not in any rush, so this was fine with me.
5. I live in a small town in Ca, and don't often get many of the promos my friend from LA does. So I knew this $25 promo (and the other random promo) some people mentioned would not likely be available for me.
So in total, I spent $198.31 out of pocket.
The second cheapest offer I found on this item, was for $219.99 (on Amazon, etc.) and with taxes it would have been $239.24. Or a $40.93 difference.
This of course does not include the tip i might give the Uber driver, pending on how well that goes. But I will likely give about a $5 tip.
Not bad, but - noticeably - not as awesome as this post suggests reports.
After ordering, I also realized that if you have a US BAR credit card then you could have burned some of the points and with the RTR the effective discount would be even more than the Costco-Uber cards. Since the RTR 1.5x is going away later this month.
That is if my Costco UBER cards will get to me in time.

Best buy is about 2.3miles away and I'm thinking of using this promo for an apple watch. App is prompting me to tip approx $45 which obviously negates the savings.
