10 has a water chamber that's easier to neatly refill and sanitize regularly.
They nuke your OSA identically when setup/used/maintained correctly.
Note: Medicare will pay for a new machine every five years if the sleep doctor recertifies compliance/efficacy. When I replaced the 5 year old working 10, I sold it to another SDer for $75 cash.
