FYI - connections are on a side (x in the model number). Will not fit every case, make sure your case has enough room for the side connections.

I nearly got one of these last year. But ; found they use another set of cables different to the power supplies I currently have. Check if you are thinking of reusing any cables.

You should never mix and match cables as you can cause your equipment to fry as the cables have different pin out connections from model to model.

Based on the way he wrote his comment, it almost seemed like he had other corsair psus. Corsair has a cable compatibility site. Unless you have a really old corsair psu, they have been using the same cable on all their models for a while. I think some AX gold variants are the only exemption.
