This might be the best CPU/cooler/RAM/motherboard bundle that's come along in some time considering recent RAM pricing. Hopefully you've already got your own storage. And notably, the CPU supports integrated graphics so you don't need a GPU to get started with this solution.
The Op may want to trim and label some of the title and copy details of the items in the main listing.
This is a strong AM5 starter bundle centered on the Ryzen 5 9600X, with integrated graphics so it can boot without a separate GPU. The motherboard and DDR5 6000 memory are the main value here, especially with current RAM pricing, and the 65 watt CPU pairs reasonably well with the B650M board. The main caveat is that the free Cooler Master 240 Elite liquid cooler appears to have come and gone, so the deal may now be just CPU, board, and RAM. The Gigabyte board also has some reported reliability and support concerns, making this best for buyers comfortable with a few tradeoffs.
Upgraders who already have a cooler and storage, because the CPU is bare and the bundle is strongest when you can reuse parts.
Small-form-factor builders using a 65W processor, because the motherboard is considered decent for the 9600X and the platform suits lower-wattage chips.
No longer reliably. The cooler auto-added at first, but later cart checks showed only the free RAM adding while the AIO did not, and the bundle page stopped showing the free gift cooler. The CPU-only bundle still appears to be available, but the cooler offer looks expired or out of stock.
Yes. The motherboard + RAM portion was still being offered for about $109 plus tax, and some buyers used that route when the full cooler bundle disappeared. Ordering separately can cost more than the combo, though.
Yes for a 65W CPU like the 9600X, but it is not the best choice for higher-wattage processors. The board also has 4 SATA ports, so it can work fine for storage-heavy builds unless you need more than four drives.
There are reports of sleep-related crashes, early Expo RAM overclocking trouble before BIOS updates, and poor Gigabyte support reputation. The board can still be usable, but those are the main caveats to know before buying.
Is this still a good deal without the cooler?
I have a 12+ year old PC that the MB is going bad and want to upgrade cheaply. I have an older Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM cooler that I can get a free AMD bracket for, from CM, so I can do without this new cooler. All other parts will be fine, already checked, e.g., PSU etc.
One reason that the cooler is important as part of the bundle is because the model of CPU (Ryzen 5 9600X) doesn't include an OEM cooling solution, but is instead a bare CPU.
Personally I'd prefer installing the listed CPU with something like the air cooler you've already got. Perhaps if you're lucky you can sell the AiO cooler to make the deal a little slicker for yourself?

ahh that's good news and glad to hear you would prefer the air cooler. The reason why I asked is because the CM AIO is no longer included in the bundle so was trying to figure out if it's still a good deal or not etc. thanks for the feedback.

It's certainly less of a deal, but having your own components prepares you for taking advantage of combos exactly like this.
If you need to console yourself, consider that there are potential future benefits to buying into a DDR5 platform as it relates to upgrades. I've been avoiding DDR5 platforms as I've been able to nab comparable DDR4 CPU/OEM cooler/motherboard/RAM combinations for around the $200 price point. However, RAM pricing has put those days solidly behind us. Even worse for supporting those platforms in the future, DDR4 production likely over at this point.
I hadn't looked at computer parts for 10+ years and need a mobo to replace one that is going bad. I had no idea about prices, components etc. Looking around at current prices, this combo was an absolute steal. Will anything remotely close to this come around again before the new year?

The bundle can be ordered as CPU, motherboard, RAM, and cooler together when the AIO offer is still active.
The Ryzen 5 9600X supports integrated graphics so you can start without a separate GPU immediately.
The motherboard offers four SATA ports, which can support NAS builds up to four drives without extra hardware.
The motherboard is described as decent for a 65W Ryzen 5 9600X, which can help keep thermals reasonable.
The AIO cooler bundle appears to go out of stock and may disappear from the listing, reducing the value of the combo.
The Ryzen 5 9600X is a bare CPU without OEM cooling, so missing the AIO cooler leaves you needing an alternative cooler.
Cart behavior can add the free RAM but not the AIO cooler even when the AIO is separately in stock, suggesting the free offer expired.
Gigabyte B650M motherboard experiences include sleep crashes and early Expo RAM overclocking trouble before BIOS updates.
