It's hard to explain how dang useful they are. I can't vouch for this particular model but in general, you might not know how useful these are until you have them. Portable work light, reading light, outdoor light, etc. They're also really great for a kitchen or dining room table... nice cozy/romantic vibe.
(The only slight downside is that the charging port is in the upper part of the lamp. So you can't leave them semi-permanently plugged in. Well, you can, but it's sort of ugly looking. A version with the charging port in the base would be ideal)
