Got one. Was about to jump on the GameStop preowned but this is better since it's new. Yes it's from Hong Kong. And It'll most likely have a euro power adapter but it uses a usb c. My iPad charger should work perfectly.

I wouldn't get it, code redemption for US based purchases doesn't work by the looks of it. Third party seller and not new. Absolutely not a deal

Walmart returns are the easiest. You can take the return directly to a customer service counter at any Walmart and receive a refund pretty much instantly. So no risk given if it's not new

Vipoutlet is owned by Walmart AFAIK. They deal with open box and refurbs. In general ive had good luck and experiance with customer support with them .
