Not sure. They change specs just enough its hard to say. Since this only support HRD10 and no + or Dolby im thinking its a old chipset/screen and they are selling under this name.

Smaller (70") is even cheaper ($300). What? How? How bad is this TV really? Thinking of getting one for my basement...

I have a 55" and the picture is good. Itis NOT my main TV, but at 75", i'm tempted to buy another one for my basement bedroom. Just stay away from the model that has the Xumo software. You can't install anything on it and its barebones.

If you can troll your local BB, you might find a open box and save further.

Edit: many are asking, but TCL bought pioneer and the panel company years ago that produced these. Now these are TCL panels made only for BB. Keep in mind that these are 60HZ and 144HZ is taking over and that is one of the reasons many companies are dropping prices to clear inventory. Still, a solid purchase, just get a power/surge suppressor and bypass the extra warranty. I would get a power filter for any TV anyway.
