they are fine for the price. at least in my experience they fail more randomly than after a specific amount of cycles. they just get bad after a certain amount of time.
while eneloops / ladda hold up, I prefere these here because of the price. even if they go bad earlier, they are worth it

Yes. I have used an eneloop and a Intellicharger with them. Or are you looking for a deal on a rechargeable battery charger right now?
