Wait...you can ask for them to be converted to store credit?

If you buy an item that has one of the boosted cash back offers (like 10, 15, 20, or 25% total), and still choose no rush shipping, you'll be offered one of those credits.

I miss the digital credits for picking a slower shipping speed.

I always hated those because I don't buy anything digital, and it's a hassle to msg Amazon C's and ask for a exchange all the time to use on good sold and shipped by Amazon . I'm cool with the 5-8% back

The digital credits also expire way too quickly.

This doesn't even necessarily mean delayed shipment. They are clearing everything as soon as possible. I selected 8% on Friday afternoon on two orders. They were scheduled for December 7th arrival. Yet both have already shipped and are arriving today.

I noticed they many of my no-rush shipping seem to ship at normal Prime speeds. Sometimes when I choose a shorter delivery date they get delayed, so might as well get the extra cash back with no-rush.

Yeah you can .. I use to save up to 20-30 bucks and tell them I don't buy anything digital and if I can exchange for credit to buy things sold and shipped by Amazon .

We have a store Prime card (no Visa) and we have gotten the 8% No Rush on multiple orders... so this isn'tlimited to the Visa card.

They are still there but you may have to play around with forms of payment before you are offered them. When I used my Prime card yesterday, I only got offered the 7/8% for one order, but when I switched to another card it showed me the $2 digital credit. I like those because choosing a book at the end of the season is my reward for doing my Christmas shopping early. Alas, I realized that for the item I bought, which was $30, 8% is $2.40, but the digital credit was $2, so after all my experimentation, I went with the cashback anyway since it was more.

The math gets more complicated if your other credit card offers a special cashback at Amazon--last year my other card was 5% back at Amazon for those months so the Prime card's 7% was just 2% more than I was already getting, so I went with the digital credit anyway. Yes, I have spent more time thinking about this than it probably warrants but it makes the game more interesting.

Just need to use a different credit card than your Amazon Visa. I've been grabbing them up this week for Prime Video offers.I got $4 for buying just one or two item's yesterday. I used an alternate Visa card, a Chase card.
