I bought two 'like new' mice of this same model last year. One looked new, but didn't have the usb dongle. The other was completely worn out.

amazon is VERY hit or miss with open box stuff. More often than not it's a fraud return. I got a pop socket that was "like new" and it was someone's old one, completely worn down paint from rubbing, not sticky.

Got a TV stand and all the screws were stripped.

Got an action figure and someone put a different guy in the box, with a broken charger and some other trash inside to make it weigh the same.

I wear on of these out every couple of years and it's a great mouse and has some nice weight to it.

I like the larger size, ergonomics and weight of this one, but it's not a quiet mouse if that's a thing for you. Like someone said, I've had 2 so far and with daily use of about 4hrs, they don't last very long 2.5 to 3yrs.

My experience with this same mouse two weeks ago - I got someone's old mouse, with gunk on the bottom and even old dead batteries inside. Obviously zero return quality check by Amazon

I'm using this mouse right now, but I bought mine new years ago from an Office Depot deal that was on here. It's a good mouse. I make use of all the buttons and the left and right scroll wheel tilt.
