I just returned this exact product. It takes 5 hours to charge and you get like 20 minutes of luke warm heat. The massage function is just ok.

Reviews: decent but not perfect
  • On Walmart, a very similar AllJoy 67" cordless heating pad version has 3.9/5 stars (7 reviews).
  • An Abunda listing aggregates "743 reviews" and highlights many strongly positive experiences, especially for chronic back pain and elderly users.
  • Fakespot analysis for the Amazon listing shows original Amazon rating around 5.0, but an adjusted rating of ~3.8/5 once review quality is analyzed.
  • TL;DR: people generally like it, but it's not a unicorn product.

Not sure if code works but I got this a month a go and I like it. I wake up in the morning and put this on if my back is stiff. The battery works for at least 3 sessions, maybe the bad reviews is someone getting a dud. I also own 2 other back belts but this one is great to get the muscles going in the morning or before exercise.
