The credit is a deal, but not the price of the PS5 and PS5 Pro. Silly tariffs basically cancel out the credit. PS5 summer bundle was $349. We should have been at $300 by now for holiday sales.

Got this yesterday to only play Gran Turismo.

I had a PS4 with a 500 GB hard drive, not 1000 GB and they still took it. About $500 for a PS5pro, not bad at all. 170$ for a 12-13 year old PS4 is awesome.

Dont forget to wipe out your old device before trade-ing in.

Yeah, this was Omaha, Nebraska. The people working were really nice. They said they did it because of how busy it was during black Friday but that was not the case when I went. There just wasn't anything they could do because they supposedly shut down the trade in system till Monday.

I purchased one and need to do the return and repurchase with the trade in on Tuesday. But I am wondering if that current sale price will still be there on Tuesday...


I guess let's see. I don't even need a ps5 but I figured I would trade in my ps4 that hasnt been used at all and possibly play some of the newer games.

You can also trade in your PS4 500GB console directly at the store, but you'll receive $50 instead of $70. However, let them know about this promotion. So that they'll add a $100 promotion coupon -option while generating a $70/$50 (for a 500GB console) gift coupon. It generates two coupons one coupon with the $100 and another with the trade-in coupon. This is the best option instead of online believe. I picked up my ps5 today. Note: store employees don't know about this promotion, show them official information available in the Best Buy website under Trade in current promotions

I use the 'trade in' from this post and simply started a trade in. It showed as $70 for PS4 with $70 credit. Then I bought the Fortnite bundle online. And went to store.

Still not able to do this online. Has anyone looked into trade-in via Playstation's official website. They're offering me $129 for my PS4 Slim with $50 trade up voucher = $179. The only issue is I'm not sure when you get the voucher since it says it will be sent after the trade-in is complete and the PS5 may not still be $100 off.

Just left Best Buy after trading in a PS4 Slim 500GB for a PS5 Pro, and everything went smooth.

I selected the PS4 Slim 1TB as my trade-in option online and ended up bringing in a 500GB instead. When I got to the store, the customer service rep just scanned the serial number and took a quick picture of the console and controller with the barcode scanner. No issues at all. They didn't check if it turned on or what size the hard drive was.

I bought the PS5 Pro online beforehand, and it automatically applied the $100 off and the additional $70 trade-in promo. That dropped the price down to $508.24 after tax.

I checked out using PayPal with the Pay in 4 option to get an additional 20% back. The cash back points are pending and will drop the final price to around $400 once they hit. If I had bought a PS5 Slim I would have ended up upgrading the storage anyway so this actually works out better.
