The only and main thing I'd check with this purchase is Authenticity as sometime it's reported fake one being sold to them and they will come to you eventually...

Scratches all over the case, opened it up, dirt inside the case and possibly a piece of dried earwax floating around inside the case. Closed them up and they are going back.
Buying from Costco.
I think it's a hit or miss with this purchase. I agree it should be labeled used unless they came with original box and was returned within 14days window.
