Absolutely. If you leave them in a sheltered space, like a garage or shed, they will be fine. Best to gently wrap them in bubble wrap. If you are able, a good watering would help. Good luck!!!

I have pee gee hydrangeas that are in tiny four inch pots that overwinter outside in the pots perfectly fine. So just stick it next to your house in the pot and it should be fine for winter.
