Paypal updated their offer to 1 time per account and sent everyone an email. 99% already used their offer. Stop multiplying these for every store.

Paying full price might be better anyway. Most of the "free iPhone 17" deals require you to switch to a plan that costs at least $70-90. Plus activation fee. If you go prepaid you can probably get a plan with everything you need for <$25. Do the math and see if it makes sense for you, I think no unless you're already on the $70-90/mo plan (and for some family plans) and it makes sense for you.

Doesn't seem like a lot of phone deals this year.

Here is the situation-
I want to buy I iPhone 17 Pro Max ( 512 GB) , total amount going just over 1500 ( exactly $1,510.92) .
This is not allowing to select buy now pay later as the amount exceeded by $10.92.
Anyone successfully ordered with this BNPL PayPal offer with a higher model or capacity? Anyone on the same boat?
I understand this is not apple offer but paypal but any workaround.?

Paypal errored out when ordering iPhone 17 Pro with pay later option - "Sorry, we couldn't approve your application. We'll send you an email with more info. In the meantime, you can still check out with PayPal quickly and securely."

When I looked up in Paypal message center, it has the following "Total balance on your outstanding Pay in 4 loans or the Pay in 4 loan amount you requested is too high."
Total price was way below the $1500 threshold being mentioned in this thread.

Thanks OP, was able to get this deal. iPhone user for long time switched over to z fold 7 past few months, I love it but keep missing iPhone experience. Don't want to sell the z fold either now likely at a larger loss with recent sales.

Anyone here use both with one primary and secondary device to mess around with?

Maybe try getting a $100 Gift card from Amazon and apply that to bring the price down below the threshold? https://slickdeals.net/f/18840430-100-apple-egift-card-email-delivery-15-amazon-promo-credit-100

I'm getting the same vague message. I'm definitely below my $1250 threshold and have excellent credit. I thawed all 3 major credit bureaus just in case their soft pull requires them to be unfrozen? Retried multiple times since and always same behavior.

Same here. I have excellent credit, but I am seeing this error message as well.

Apple gift cards cannot be combined with PayPal.

Pick up in a location with lower sales tax to total under 1500. If unavailable let a lower capacity pro max or get a Pro with 512gb.

Tried to buy 17pro but got rejected for the amount. My total with tax is coming out 1202. Not sure how to deal with this, any clue?

These iPhone prices are out of control. $1200 for a phone?!?! I'm holding on to my 13PM for another 10 years.

Same thing happened to me but with Ebay. Was available last night but now it's gone. In my case I accidently tried to use the pay in 4 deal with my credit report frozen. It got denied as expected. But now the deal doesn't show up anymore after I unfroze it. It's weird because when it failed, there was a message instructing to unfreeze my report on the payment screen and to try again in 1 hour. I unfroze it and tried again today but now the pay in 4 option isn't appearing at all.
paypal cust service said keep refreshing and sooner or later the option should show up again but he couldn't say an exact time frame.
