Paypal updated their offer to 1 time per account and sent everyone an email. 99% already used their offer. Stop multiplying these for every store.

Paying full price might be better anyway. Most of the "free iPhone 17" deals require you to switch to a plan that costs at least $70-90. Plus activation fee. If you go prepaid you can probably get a plan with everything you need for <$25. Do the math and see if it makes sense for you, I think no unless you're already on the $70-90/mo plan (and for some family plans) and it makes sense for you.

These iPhone prices are out of control. $1200 for a phone?!?! I'm holding on to my 13PM for another 10 years.
I do agree the prices are ridiculous.. my wife really wants a new pro though for the better camera over her current 13.

The PayPal, Pay in 4 for the 20% cashback there is a soft credit check. Make sure you your Equifax credit account, the credit is unfrozen or have a temporary thaw put in place. PayPal will check Equifax to check your credit.

I just got this from PayPal ( ordered on Nov/29 )
So, the 20% is after TAX amount. ( ordered iphone 17 Pro 256GB )
The total cost was $1200.66 ( including tax ).
20% cash back point is 24013.
so, after the 20% cash back, the net cost is $960.528.

I don't want to upgrade my phone and my wife's phone.
but, when some apps stop supporting ( not even installing ) or upgrading to new version, then I am not sure what other option I have. maybe buying other brand phone? hmm. that's a good idea.

Mine are frozen and worked fine. Getting 17 Pro tomorrow, made first payment and Paypal shows I am getting 23,793 points.

So paid $1,189.67 - $237.93 = $951.74
Then getting $135 for iPhone 13 mini, so ended up paying $816.74

I'm having an issue with using my CFC for today's 5% on points thru PayPal. When I go to checkout with Pay in 4, none of Chase cards are listed. When I go to add the card, I receive error "The card you added can't be used with this plan. Choose or add a card to continue."

I purchased last night after saving the offer. I used PayPal Pay in 4 with my Amex.

As of this morning I still see nothing pending. Clearly it didn't work, but I am not sure why.

As I posted before, I found it strange that the card tied to my PayPal account wasn't a selectable option for Pay in 4. It's like you're starting from scratch, and the whole experience (including the UI) feels like you're not on PayPal anymore. It's probably fine, but it was off-putting.
