ANC is not god level like the Sonys or the Bose. But it's quite good on the next tier down.
Sound quality is very good. They are a bit v-curved out of the box, but they have a 10 band EQ and they can be made very neutral sounding. The great thing about the 10 band EQ is that the sliders can all be moved left / right or up / down for great flexibility without being a full Parametric EQ, which most wouldn't know how to use.
Highly recommended and under-rated / under-recognized ANC headphones.
I have a huge collection of audiophile headphones and ANC / Bluetooth headphones and these are very good.
