I understand the issue but you have to understand this really applies to people, like myself, who travel away from home for work for extended amounts of time and still want to game at good performance levels.

If it's the one I saw, it says up to a 5080 but there is no option for it.

It's only a 5070Ti

5070 to 5080 also goes from Legion 5 to Legion 7 I think so also a case/cooling upgrades.

5080 is the best laptop GPU. Worth the upgrade if daily driver for the next 2-3 years.

But then you might also want to upgrade the CPU from Intel to AMD x3d CPU.

Ended up biting on this one, have been waiting on a 5080/5070ti deal for a bit for a lenovo. Actually bought my son the acer deal two days ago for xmas (5070ti one on ebay), and was going to get a second one of those (it's still a better bang for buck but i love lenovo build quality.

Was able to use tech partner discount 8% + 20% paypal + 10% cb ... Already shows pending on paypal just had to use the monthly option (not 4 pay) and will pay it off before first payment with interest is due. Really solid deal thanks op.

You have to select 9955HX3D version to get 5080 card

I can respect that. But I feel like the battery is terrible for even casual web browsing away from the plug. I want to cpu chips that are more efficient at the low end. I think they are coming. Not there yet.

Is the 20% PayPal something different than the Pay 4 or just another way of paying for the same promotion?
