Craftsman/DeWALT are both from Stanley-B&D. They're often identical or have minor differences as arbitrary as brightness options (CMCL090 vs DCL045) or what LED they use (CMCF940 vs. DCF899).
FYI, the print rubs right off... at least for the DeWALT version that feels like nylon.
