It really depends on when the product was activated. That starts the warranty clock ticking. It's possible (though unlikely) that someone may have bought it and decided to return it without activating it, in which case you would be the first owner in apples eyes and you would get a full year warranty. I bought an Ultra 2 from Amazon "used-like new" and that was the case. I got very lucky though, I'm sure. So you have to buy it (or go to the store and check with the warranty coverage using the serial number on the box) to find out.
