is it a big drop to go from something like the qm5k or qm6k to this model? (am mom christmas shopping - so no need for video game features, just awesome picture and good sound would be a plus)

I got it about a week ago and so far it's great, QLED TV with refresh rate up to 144hz so won't be bad at all for video games as well, and Google TV, in addition comes with 5 years warranty with the Allstate bundle. If you'll add extended warranty separately if you buy somewhere else it will probably cost more at the end so in my opinion, can't go wrong much
