I got QM6K for $500 almost same specs except that QM6K has 144ghz. Available on Costco.

I got QM6K for $500 almost same specs except that QM6K has 144ghz. Available on Costco.

Yes, Costco extends manufacturer warranty by 1 yr (2yr) and provides 3yrs Allstate extended warranty for free, making it 5yrs.

Costco version is the QM6K PRO. The PRO version has a backlit remote and a CrystGlow HVA panel that has better antireflective coating. Also the 5 year warranty. Hope this helps someone.

The qm5k gets brighter than the qm6k. I could tell in person you can check rtings review comparing the qm5k vs qm6k and they show the qm5k does get brighter. I actually think the qm5k is the better tv compared to qm6k unless you need high refresh rate for 4k gaming.
