When I first saw the image, I was thinking "Why do they advertise an ottoman on it's side", then I realized it's a lid put on its side, and not hinged to the top. 🤪

This is great, I was looking for an ottoman to put my open cans of food in just like the pictures.
An open can of beans, some cheeseballs and she's handing the kid a burrito. Seems like a good use.
I have a similar one from another brand that feels like thin flimsy particle board as the internal. Small kids can climb on, you can put your feet on it but the weight adults sitting is questionable.
I have this and I really doubt it holds 600 pounds. It is pretty decent for the price. I shoved blankets and linens in mine.
Just a word of warning, when I bought mine it was a fee to return it. Also, it smelled like bacon for about 2 days. I had to air it out so don't expect to use it immediately lol
Got the ottoman. Easy assembly, unfold main piece, put flat board inside on the bottom, put on lid. ta da.
I haven't used it a whole lot so far but the cushion is adequate but not super comfy for my feet. I'm going to test it tomorrow and see how many snacks I can put in it. Seems like it'll hold a lot.
Not sure I'd trust sitting on it because it does seem.. light weight. I'm 1/3 the weight limit.
I'm nervous and like two moderately weighted people are supposed to be able to sit on it? I dunno. Not sure I'd want to jeopardize all my snacks.
