Thank you for confirmimg. It still fails for me for unknown reasons after copied/pasted or manually typed in without spaces. Maybe I was using my work email but stiill didn't make any sense as I didnt get discount from work email either. I will wait till Cyber Monday.

When you try doing Pay in 4, the option is 'X'-ed out (grayed out) and not allowed to select it. It says:
