If you're comfortable doing so give me some more info and I can throw a few thoughts your way
Personally I'd doubt it would last 5 to 10 years with the constant writing and rewriting to the usb drive (someone who knows more can jump in and correct me if I'm wrong, please do so if I'm incorrect!) ... if it's a laptop does it have a second bay slot for an m2 drive (or if an older model laptop a 2.5 form factor SSD drive?) .. if it's a desktop PC do you feel comfortable going in there and installing a second SSD drive? Not as scary as you'd think there are a ton of youtube videos that show you how to do it depending on the make and manufacturer of your computer
