Also adds wireless charging and Live Translation and speaker for Find My. Probably worth $19 in my opinion

It's not fantastic ANC but it is noticeable and actually nice to have - and/or transparency mode as well.

Community Reviews

AirPods 4 with ANC are being treated as a comfortable, non in ear option with useful noise cancellation and a feature set that adds wireless charging, Live Translation, and a Find My speaker. ANC is described as noticeably effective for fans, cars, air conditioners, airplane noise, and loud gyms, while transparency mode and the fit get praise too. The main drawbacks are that the microphones for calls are weak, stem volume control is missing, and the ANC version can cost more than the base model. A solid pick if you want AirPods convenience without silicone tips.

I used the target 10% off giftcard to get a gc and then buy the airpods. Not bad deal for extra 10% off.

how can one spot a fake? aside from no having the apple identifiers like text etc.
Shine a bright light through the top of the case. The light coming thorough should be white and not reddish.

i bought both this $99 airpods 4 and $135 airpods pro 2. planning to return 1. is the pro 2 worth the 35% ($35) extra? i have not own any airpods before since when i first tried the airpods 2, the airpods could not fit properly and always fall off when i try to make sudden move like jumping. i don't know if this 4 would have same fitment issue as the 2. i have not try the pro 2 at all, but i assume it would fit better since it has the silicon eartip

Really? I thought this was only for the AirPods Pro?
No the pods pro add the find my UWB support for more precise tracking and magsafe wireless charging so it will stick to the back of the iphone, the airpods 4 have no wireless charging, the airpods 4 can be found on a map, the 4 anc can use the find nearby feature and play a sound and has wireless charging with no magsafe. the pros have the UWB support find my and magsafe wireless charging
