Sounds great on the surface... But their claims of it being "brand new", just a damaged box! Yet only 90 day seller provided warranty? I don't think Samsung would care the box was damaged as long as the TV inside wasn't, and would still honor their full warranty. The fact that the seller's rating is below 97% (if I'm buying from a place dealing in refurbed items, that feels a little low) makes it even more suspect
