I might have looked in the wrong place, but in check out I never saw the "Pay Pal pay later" option to be able to use the offer. It only processed it as PayPal

Walmart doesn't do PayPal pay later option since they are connected to Klarna. You can pay by PayPal but it just does normal payment

Walmart doesn't do the PayPal pay in 4 option, so you can't get the 20% cash back with Walmart.

I would not recommend buying a console or really any expensive electronic with gift cards. You lose any benefits you'd get from using a credit card such as extended warranty. Especially with Nintendo's joy-con and other first version bugs that might be the case, you're going to want that extended warranty.

Save those gift cards for stuff that doesn't break, like groceries.
