Target Circle 360 is a complete joke, with weak offers. Even though I got it for free, I fail to see the benefit. Most "free" items come with a $35 threshold, so what's the point for the consumer?

Haters gonna hate, thanks for the heads up! I got Circle free, and it's not hard to hit a $35 spend for free shipping if what you want isn't in store, and plenty of the options where (had a coupon for $15 off an $80 spend, so I amply hit that target). Got a Glade candle for free.

The issue I had was that when I had to go to click on the offer and save it within a week all the inventory was dried up, and none of the offers would work. There were a couple months where all the offers weren't even usable.

same here - and if you get a grocery delivery to your home, you're expected to pay a huge tip. I got it for free and wouldn't pay a buck for it!

They were offering some targeted offers in the app. Some people got free. Mine was a $50 sub but with $50 in rewards back, on top. Not thrilled with the latest crop of offers either, but free is free and lots of people got free Circle 360 memberships lately.
