So, this 100W charger can't supply the whole 100W to one device if that's the only thing that's plugged in?

No, 20w maximal to a single device. That's why it's cheap and I won't buy.

I hate how companies are allowed to advertise total wattage for every port instead of max wattage for a single port. It's intentionally misleading! There needs to be a standard. This is a 25w charger, that just happens to add up to 100w total

Low max single device output, no PFC (even total is 100W). Okay even for $9.5.
If you need to power a number of low power devices at the same place, then it might make sense.

In for 2! Overnight charging is my go-to anyway— Don't mind the 25W speed; it's plenty fast for me

Yeah but at least it monitors temp 3 million times a day per spec! 😂

I am all for low priced, decent electronics and don't care about brand names; but can we stop allowing non-NRTL listed (as in UL/ETL/TUV/etc safety certified) possibly-fire-hazardous chargers on here? To my understanding these aren't even technically legal to use per the NEC, and I've personally seen plenty of sketchy poorly made chargers melt or let the smoke out.
