For every online order of Hammermill® Copy Plus® 10-ream case paper, Staples will support the planting of 1 tree in partnership with Hammermill and
veritree.
If you are worried about damage, Staples customer service (via chat or phone) will take care of you if UPS screws up the paper. I have had to deal with it once or twice. Got a prorated refund or reshipment and return.

$39.99 is a typical sale for Staples or OD (when on sale).
$37 (as here) has been not available since October (as I stated). So not as common, but should come back around. If you need paper, this is the price point to hope for lately. For those not in need, $3 more is not a big difference to pay $39.99 soon enough at one or the other.
The other nice thing about Staples deals like this is you can liquidate rewards points for this at the best deal price, and it won't spoil or devaluate.
