Noctua has been overhyped for too long, it's time for Thermalright to rise up

Yup, fans are costly these days. May as well just switch to a case with better thermals that already comes with fans.

I almost bought a Cooler Master 302 but ended up getting a corsair 2500D instead, grabbed fans from amazon Haul for like $3 each, including reverse blade fans for the bottom

The p12 pro 5-pack is also around $27. Only using 4 as well, but still a deal.

This person builds. I have 6 in my full loop and it's pretty much silent. Those 5pks are damn near impossible to beat.

Thermalright fans have served me well and they're dirt cheap. There are like 2 or 3 different thermalright direct stores on amazon, and you can usually find 3 or 5 packs of fans on them for a great price. I would be interested to see how something like this Silent Wings fan actually compares to the thermalright fans, but I'll have to wait for a youtube video, because I'm definitely not paying $25 for a fan. My days of spending that much money for fans ended with Noctua like 3 years ago.

It is hard to argue how good the Arctic P14 for the price. I have Noctua as well, and while the Noctua are better, they are not worth the hype in the price. The Arctic P14 are a bargain for the performance and noise levels.

Not sure why they named these so confusingly on Amazon. These are the Silent Wings Pro 4 140mm PWM, adding High Speed to the name makes it sound like the Silent Wings 4 140mm PWM High-Speed which doesn't have a Pro version. Between the Pros requiring a physical hardware switch to change between the three speeds and them losing appeal of being inaudible like the 12 dBA of the SILENT WINGS 4 140mm PWM makes them an odd choice. There are better options out there.
