Thank you, I got that, was wondering if the person signed up for a new phone line and was able to order the watch right away, or had an existing line with Metro for a while.
I signed up for a new Phone account 15 days back and I was able to add a watch line yesterday. Hoping for the watch to get delivered as mentioned in the order and they dont cancel the order.

Why would they cancel? You seem to be well within your logical timeframe.
My first month ended yesterday and i havent paid for the second yet… but ordered the watch last night haaha
And the watch doesnt arrive for 3 days. idk if i should pay for the second month or if the watch order will be canceled
Edit: My watch order shipped today and is expected to arrive by UPS tomorrow

Does watch line influences on how many phones i can buy? Last time was able to buy 2 iphones 11 and 12 plus samsung tablet before orders stopped passing through. So now just got my fist iphone 16e and thinking what to order first another 16e which i need or watch (before they are out of stock)
When I tried to add the watch in the app or website, it said it will add $10 to the phone line being in the $60 unlimited plan.
I am on the 4x$100 plan, so I called to ask if my phone plan was eligible or one of the phones was going to be charged more.
The associate on the phone did not know what I was talking about regarding the $60 unlimited plan. The watch was added and ordered over the phone and is told my phone plan will only go up by $10.

I did the same thing last year with a phone. It was the last day of the 30 day plan and I ordered another phone (like the 3rd or 4th for that month). The phone arrived a couple of days after the plan had expired.
The problem is/was, since I never activated the phone on my metro plan, it never unlocked after a year. I spent so much time chatting, being on the phone and going to two metro stores talking to customer service trying to get them to unlock the phone, but no one would do it. It's now been over 14 months since the phone was ordered, but it still won't unlock and no one at Metro will do anything about it. Will probably just try to sell it on eBay.

With Metro it's possible to request a one time 72 hour extension. This has to be done within 30 days of your service being cutoff for non payment.
If you place an order right before your service is cutoff, it's possible to request the 72 hours once the phone has been delivered and use that window to complete the registration so that the phone unlock timer kicks off.

What phone did you end up stuck with?
It's a Samsung a35. I ordered 2 or 3 iPhones (it was so long ago I don't remember) and the one a35. I sold or traded in all of the iPhones, but kept the a35 as a backup phone thinking it would unlock after about a year, but nope.

Hi all, just want to share my experience, hopefully it will help someone. I ordered a Razr 2024 for $65 (different Metro deal) over 30 days ago and also ordered a Moto Stylus 2025 shortly after for $35 (since the Razr has been out of stock). For the first order of the phone, you need to wait until it arrives since you need to be able to receive the security code by text to log into your account. So no need to activate the first phone early. For subsequent orders, I was able to activate the phone (or watch) after getting the shipping email. But I didn't use the "Activate Service" link from the email. I used the order status page here: https://www.metrobyt-mobile.com/order-status
After entering your order number, last name, and billing zip code, there will be a button to activate the device. Once activated, you can go ahead and order another device before receiving the just activated device. For this watch deal, my account was already past 30 days so I requested the one time 72 hour extension online and was able to order a watch #1 linked to phone #1 for the $40 price. I just got the shipping email today for watch #1 and activated it using the method above. I was able to order a second watch #2 linked to phone #2 before watch #1 arrives.

I am on the 4x$100 plan, so I called to ask if my phone plan was eligible or one of the phones was going to be charged more.
