So do most people consider this one better than the Costco one (Model ECAM29034SB ) because of the automatic milk frother?

This is the one to get!! Maintenance is something often overlooked when deciding on an automatic espresso machine. The brew unit is well designed and doesn't get jammed with coffee grounds like Philips. Descaling is semi manual but unavoidable given the amount of water you need to empty out during the process.
