Gourmia VS. Top-rated brands?
I have this big oven and a similarly-sized one from Ninja that literally costs 5 times more. I like this Gourmia better, much easier to use and clean. No gimmicks here, just practical features, the basics. You CANNOT beat this deal at $50!

I did, too. And no, they don't. You can absolutely return and rebuy, but they (at least their online chat) will NOT adjust the price. I explained I bought it for $60 during the Black Friday sale and it's now $10 cheaper, so I wanted to get the price difference returned to my card. Even mentioned I still have it in the box and it's well within the return period. Refused to refund the difference saying it's not their policy, but did offer to give me a promo code for $10 to use on another purchase.

I told them I would just take it back and rebuy it because I want the money back and not an "opportunity" to spend more (promo code had a minimum spend of $15) and then I just left the chat. Several hours later as I was about to order something else anyway, I got an email with the $10 promo code I said I didn't care about getting. So I used it on my new order and I'm still taking the thing back and getting my $10 and change back.

I don't recommend this model.
I had two and both gave away in less than 2 months. Gourmia then replaced it with their newest model and told me that this one is discontinued.

The fan dies after a few months and also while working the steam and grease leak through the bottom of the door.

So Gournmia would replace it within the year? Their customer service is good?

One of the things I now consider for air fryers, esp this door style, is how easy is it for crumbs to get stuck on the hinge and how easy is it to remove the door for cleaning.

Tip: Put a heavy plate down on the door over the hinge when removing a tray. Cuts down on clean time and helps transfer a hot tray.
