Looks like this darkbeam does not include safety glasses. Get some as the rays are harmful, especially for your eyes. 3M Safety Glasses Solus 1000 Series block 99.9% UV rays but you can still see anything that fluoresces under the UV.

Most of these cheap UV lights are either really weak, or aren't that great at UV and produce all kinds of visible light as well (ie purple-ish light). The fact it looks like they're using a UV pass filter is a good thing... if it's real and not just tinted to pass LF visible light as well.
EDIT: Looks like power is mentioned, in a side panel with product information. it's a 10W light with 1300mW intensity, according to the manufacturer.
