Honestly the price the bundle should have launched for. I've owned it since launch and have played MKW a handful of times since then. It just doesn't have the same high speed feel of MK8 due to the wide tracks. It also doesn't seem to matter who you pick or even your skills as the outcome of each race is somewhat random.

Don't get me wrong, it's fun for sure, but I wouldn't have bought it at $50 let alone the $70 they're asking for MKW à la carte.

Plus it's only select microcenters and in store only. Not a deal at all if you don't live near one, which most people dont. So to argue that this isnt a deal is pretty short sighted. Both are respective deals. One comes with a game and is much more accessible.

The deal is decent but the best was still last month getting it for 20% off using discounted eShop cards from either Sam's Club or Costco. I loaded up on cards and bought this Switch 2 bundle direct from Nintendo and debating whether to spend on the voucher program for Switch 1 games (that can be upgraded to Switch 2) or spend it on something else.

Tip to those of you that bought one at full price from Amazon. I bought a second one from Amazon for $450 so I started a return on the first one. For the return reason I put that I found a better price and put Amazon for the store. They then offered me a $99.50 partial refund to keep it.

Because I just got out of the mood of gaming and did other things, but am close to back to wanting to do it again. I would just play the original switch a while until prices get better on switch 2, but the only thjng is mario kart world being the switch 2 exclusive.
