Community Reviews
This M12 compact spot blower is best for quick cleanup on decks, walkways, garages, truck beds, and cars, where its small size and no cord convenience make it easy to grab and use. It handles dry leaves, dust, debris, and even drying a car, and it feels handy for light jobsite work. The included 2.0 amp hour battery is the weak point, with short runtime and limited power for bigger leaf piles or wet debris. It is more of a spot cleaner than a full leaf blower, with the strongest appeal in fast, light-duty tasks.
Common Questions (4)
It works well for light-duty cleanup like blowing debris off a garage, deck, porch, patio, walkway, truck bed, or car, and it can handle dry leaves on small areas. It is not a full-size leaf blower and struggles with large piles or wet leaves.
Compared with Ryobi compact blowers, the Milwaukee is described as quieter by one user but louder at full throttle by another, while Ryobi moves more air and is more compact. Compared with the small DeWalt jobsite blower, the Milwaukee's intake placement avoids the shirt-sucking issue for right-handed users.
No, it is better suited to quick, light tasks than heavy yard cleanup. For bigger jobs like an entire season's worth of wet leaves or large leaf piles, an 18V/20V or higher-voltage blower is a better fit.
The included 2.0Ah battery is widely described as short-lived, with runtime reported around 1 to 5 minutes depending on use. A larger 5.0Ah XC battery is suggested if you want meaningfully longer runtime.

Ryobi looks very good in performance.
I have the M18 compact blower and absolutely love it. Since I'm left handed it never sucks in my shirt, however my wife is right handed and complains how it always plugs up on clothing, so I figured one of these would be nice for her. Bought it and went to blow off my work bench and truly don't understand how it can be so loud and move so little air. Figured there was something wrong with mine so I did an exchange and the replacement was the same. Those $20 pocket sized rechargeable air dusters on Amazon vastly out preform this thing.
That was before I bought myself a Wolfbox MF100. I use it for many things including a quick cleanup of leaves and pine needles off the porch and walkways when I don't feel like busting out the M18 Milwaukee. Wolfbox also recently came out with the upgraded MF200. Maybe look at those. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRpf98o

Overall I would not buy the Milwaukee again since I have the Ryobi. I don't think either is worth anything over $60 as a bare tool
