This was $270 about a month ago, only with 256gb.

The one RAM stick is soldered in, but there's a second empty RAM slot, and an open slot for another SSD.

I ended up adding 8gb RAM and a 512gb SSD. It's an inexpensive but solid secondary laptop

And that's fine for anyone competent enough. But for 98% of the people this laptop is gonna goto, that 8gb on windows 11 is horrible. It will run out of ram pretty quick.

Well this laptop takes ddr5 ram so you're shopping for the wrong ram type
